Delivery information*

If you’ve got a pest control problem, you’ll want it sorted fast. That’s why we ship out all orders on free next-day delivery wherever possible. In most cases, orders placed before 1 pm will be with you the next working day. Orders placed after 1 pm will be with you the working day after that.

For some out-of-area postcodes (such as the Scottish Highlands or the Isle of Wight), it may cost us a little more to ship your order to you. In these cases, the may be a delivery charge and it might take a little longer to reach you. We’ll always inform you about this at checkout, so make sure you double-check your order total before payment.

Sometimes our couriers might need a signature on delivery. You’ll receive an email containing tracking information when your order is dispatched – to ensure smooth delivery, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address provided to sign for your package if needed.
