Very disappointed with this item doesn’t work at all, moved it around in different area's still doesn’t work. It’s caught a few flys whilst the rest fly around it! Waste of money.

Will these led fly killers meet the required standards for use in commercial food prep and kitchen areas in the UK. And if so could I have a copy of the spec sheet. Many thanks, Gary

The recommended fly killers for food prep areas are electric glueboard fly killers, which also have shatterproof tubes. The Xterminate LED fly killer is not a glueboard type and only has standard tubes, therefore not recommended for your kitchen use.

Which of the fly zappers is suitable for domestic use ?

The 16w covers an area 50m² The 30w covers an area 80m² The 40w covers an area 100m².

I had one bulb go out; I replaced it with two new bulbs, but still, one bulb will not strike on. Do you have a replacement striker? The unit is less than one year old.

Does it have 2 electrified meshes (one either side of the lamps)? What is the spacing between the runs of the electrified mesh?

Yes, 2 meshes, one on either side of the lamps. The spacing is approximately 8mm x 40mm.
